The Field Performance of Some Soybean Cultivars [Glycine max (L.) Merrill] Cultivated As a Main and a Second Crop

Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.], with high oil and protein content, is one of the world's main nutritional sources millions hectares are given over to its cultivation. Intensive farming producing multiple crops per year (such as second-crop soybean cultivation), can improve natural resource exploitation productivity. The objective this study was examine effects some cultivars on yield components in lowland conditions Mardin province main-crop seasons. This research carried out Türkiye 2018 2019. A-3127, Arısoy, Ataem-7, Blaze, Bravo, Cinsoy, Gapsoy-16, Lider, May-5312, Nova, SA-88, Umut-2002 were used plant material research. Since region suitable for growing double year, field trials both a crop second-cropped. Sowing dates 12 different taken factors first sowing took place April 16, second 25, third June 15, fourth 30 years Two sowings crop, while other two second-crop. According results, A-3127 (3700 kg ha-1) Gapsoy-16 (3694 produced highest seed yield. Arısoy (676 ha-1), (662 Cinsoy most determined that early increases overall late decreases significantly (on average by 30%). For areas similar agricultural environments where double-crop be grown each may recommended reduce vegetable food deficit.
